By promoting transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement, ICT Project Evaluation Portal plays an important role in advancing Cambodia’s digital transformation and strengthening the country's digital economy ecosystem.
Monitoring and Evaluation Portal
Monitoring and Evaluation Portal are a comprehensive platform for tracking, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of policy measures by ministries and institutions. The system has been implemented for two policies including the Cambodia Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021-2035 and Cambodia Financial Technology Development Policy 2023-2028.
The Digital Platform for Informal Economy Development (Cam-IE)
The Digital Platform for Informal Economy Development has been developed to facilitate the onboarding and issuance of informal economy certificates to target groups who work, conduct business, or make a living within the informal economy sector. The General Secretariat of DEBC has been entrusted with the responsibility of developing and maintaining the system. The onboarding can be completed through self-onboarding via a mobile application or web portal, or through partner agents.
