    Dr. Heng Pheakdey is a public policy professional with a decade of experience working with policymakers, civil society, and the private sector on tech regulations, the digital economy, and sustainable development-related policies. He is currently leading public policy work for Meta (Facebook) in Cambodia and Laos, where he leads engagement with the local stakeholders and supports the implementation of Meta’s projects on digital literacy and economic impact initiatives. Dr. Heng holds a Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore and a Ph.D. in Social Science from VU University Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

    Mr. Sim Kiriroth has +16 years of experience in finance at senior levels both as an executive and in an advisory capacity as well as being an entrepreneur. He is currently a Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BanhJi FinTech Co.., Ltd, an award winning FinTech startup. In addition, he is also the vice president of

    Young Entrepreneur Association of Cambodia and Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA), member of ASEAN MSMEs Advisory Board, and member of ACCA Global Forum for SMEs. In addition, he was also an advisor to the Cambodia Finance and Technology

    Association. Professionally, Kiriroth is a fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants,​ and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

    Mr. Heang Vanny is the Deputy CEO of KOSIGN, a B2B Fintech company with more than 80 software engineers and South Korea's Webcash Group subsidiary. Prior to KOSIGN, he worked at Webcash in Seoul and interned at KeyBank in the US, where he joined several FinTech initiatives, including global remittance service, national ATM share switch, and enterprise commercial payment data analytics. Besides, he is a board member of GEN Cambodia, a vice chair of the Young Entrepreneurship Association of Cambodia's Digital & Inclusive MSMEs Committee, and a member of the Korean Software HRD Center(KSHRD) 's curriculum committee. He was born in Kampong Cham Province in Cambodia. He graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Inha University in South Korea and his Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University in the US. He is an enthusiast of B2B Fintech, data analytics, and product development.
