DEBC has a General Secretariat responsible for coordinating, reporting, and meeting arrangements for the National Digital Economy and Society Council. The General Secretariat of DEBC is under the leadership and supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

According to Sub-Degree No. 220, 11 November 2021 on Organization and Function of DEBC, DEBC General Secretariat's structure is define by the following organizations:
